What is Elite?
Your Cap at REAL is $12,000 paid to REAL at a 15% split. Once you cap you then have a $285 per transaction fee. Once you have paid your cap and then $6,000 worth of those fees, you hit elite.
When you hit elite, REAL will award you $16,000 back in stock options that vest in 3 years.
In most markets, this will take about 30 transactions.
