You need to have 10 pillars of business to grow.
You don’t…
If you dominate 1 you can have 3 that support it and hit almost any goal you want.
In fact, you’ll get to your goal quicker.
In today’s episode, I talk about how when you find something that works, just repeat it at a quicker cadence.
Example:
If you spend $1000 on facebook ads and get one listing that sells. Just do that again. But do it is less time.
Then double it.
If you get the same result or better yet a cheaper result, why would you go find another source?
I have worked with countless agents who have one main pillar they focus on and clean house with production.
Examples:
- Short form video ads (the easiest)
- YouTube Channel
- A “City” Report Show (you go live everyday to talk about the market)
- A USP (4 Day Listing)
All of these work.
Now you can use every other piece of media to support these.
The best of the best don’t diversify, these obsess.
