While I am not a huge open house fan, working out of an open house 5 days a week will give you much better odds of identifying a client than working from home or in your office.
I’ll walk you through the strategy on the audio podcast above but staying your your specific lane on YouTube for 30 days straight and you will have your first result within 30 days.
Create 3 short form videos and upload to every platform. You are going to take each video an post it on every platform.
This will give you 15 posts per week to stay relevant. Again stay on your local city.
This will create reciprocity and create movement over the next few months. While this isn’t the fastest way, this is the easiest way to get clients.
Similar to the open house strategy above, put yourself where all the clients are. Again, it wont seem like it works until people see you there often and ask what you do. They will see your screen and hear you on the phone. Consistency is the key factor here.
