Ep 002 - What happens if you need to start your Real Estate Business over?

In this episode, I walk you through exactly how I would get into production in the next 30 days.

This is applicable for:

  • Relocation
  • Divorce
  • Pipeline dry-up

While I go through the specifics in the podcast, here is the high level action plan.

 

The Action Plan:

1. As many open houses as possible

While I am not a huge open house fan, working out of an open house 5 days a week will give you much better odds of identifying a client than working from home or in your office. 

2. Pick one city and do a daily video on YouTube

I’ll walk you through the strategy on the audio  podcast above but staying your your specific lane on YouTube for 30 days straight and you will have your first result within 30 days. 

3. Three short form video uploads every week

Create 3 short form videos and upload to every platform. You are going to take each video an post it on every platform. 

  • YouTube Shorts
  • Instagram
  • Facebook REELS
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn

This will give you 15 posts per week to stay relevant. Again stay on your local city.

4. Brand your process and put it on everything

  • Hats
  • Website
  • Shirts
  • Video

5. Connect with every real estate agent you know on social and ask them how to refer business to them

This will create reciprocity and create movement over the next few months. While this isn’t the fastest way, this is the easiest way to get clients. 

6. Work out of a coffee shop or resort every day

Similar to the open house strategy above, put yourself where all the clients are. Again, it wont seem like it works until people see you there often and ask what you do. They will see your screen and hear you on the phone. Consistency is the key factor here.
