In September of this year, we launched our national team, Stoly Network here at REAL. 

This isn’t a team in the traditional sense that you are probably used to… 

• 50/50 splits
• You work under your team leader’s brand

I want to help 10 agents in every state build a business that hits elite every year at REAL. 

What is Elite?

Your Cap at REAL is $12,000 paid to REAL at a 15% split. Once you cap you then have a $285 per transaction fee. Once you have paid your cap and then $6,000 worth of those fees, you hit elite. 

When you hit elite, REAL will award you $16,000 back in stock options that vest in 3 years. 

In most markets, this will take about 30 transactions. 

Here is what I know to be true about agents who hit elite at REAL.

• The money compounds much faster for you year over year
• Because you’re productive, you are likely attracting other real estate agents to REAL, building your network.
• If you had hit elite 5 years in a row before now you likely would have $250,000 in a stock account.

All for doing the things you are already doing right now.

We are looking to parter with 500 team members by July 1st, 2025.

We help you build your brand and a tech stack that you own. Yes, you can have a team. Yes, you can build a team.

Advertising for clients

We’ll help you develop a simple ad strategy that attracts clients you actually want to work with. 

Here are the “financial and structure” details, you’re probably looking for

• 15% of GCI until elite paid to the team
• We re-invest a large portion of that into lead generation in your market and give you those deals back for a 65/35 Split
• You will have your own Director of Growth to coach you along the way
• Weekly Zooms with Steve
• 4 In person masterminds in 2025
• We’ll also help you attract people to your network if that is part of your growth strategy
• There is no public facing brand. You are the brand.

Best yet, you own everything. There are no golden handcuffs.
